Ready for WHEN not IF
The best way to be ready for when a reaction strikes is to have your toolkit stocked, ready, and easily accessible. Everyone reacts differently, so this can take some trial and error to figure out what works the best for you. In this post, we’re sharing a sneak peek at our Building Your Toolkit Resource, part of our Alpha Gal 101 Resource Guide which launches next week.
It isn’t enough to just put your kit together. If you have the tools but don’t know what to do with them, they can’t help you. Set up a plan and become familiar with it. The only way the right tools can help you is if you use them in the right way. Additional guidance on building your toolkit is one of the many services we offer through our Food Allergy Mentorship Program, so don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you would like to walk through this information one-on-one (well, two-on-one!).
If you found this post helpful, wait until you see our BRAND NEW 22-page Alpha Gal 101 Resource Guide! There, you’ll find this information, as well as many other tips and tricks for navigating life with alpha-gal syndrome. A portion of all sales will go directly to Dr. Commins’ Lab and the research he is doing on alpha-gal syndrome.
